Seller reviewShoya came in when we were basically hopeless. She immediately had a game plan and contacted me multiple times throughout the week to reassure me where we were in the process of selling. She is exploring new and valuable resources through social media that eventually caught the eye of our buyer. Buyer reviewAltus is a small town where information spreads like wildfire. While hunting for a house my wife and I came across Shoya Garrison and heard nothing but great reviews from everyone we encountered. This was especially true for everyone we worked with throughout the process. We were probably the easiest customers given that we knew what we wanted, however, our deadline of 3 weeks was almost unprecedented. Shoya and everyone at Century 21 Altus Prestige Realty provided excellent communication and they were always available. I couldn't recommend a better team.

Buyer reviewHad wished the seller had been a little more flexable on the price. We paid asking price. Shoya was working with a realtor who was less than cooperative. Multiple times the other agent did not leave keys for inspection/walk throughs and we felt the other agent did not communicate our needs and desires, especially for the fix phase of the inspection to the sellers? In light of her circumstances in the escrow phase, Shoya handled the shortcomings and situations regarding the other agent with professionalism and decorum.
