Buyer reviewHad wished the seller had been a little more flexable on the price. We paid asking price. Shoya was working with a realtor who was less than cooperative. Multiple times the other agent did not leave keys for inspection/walk throughs and we felt the other agent did not communicate our needs and desires, especially for the fix phase of the inspection to the sellers? In light of her circumstances in the escrow phase, Shoya handled the shortcomings and situations regarding the other agent with professionalism and decorum.

We had a long process due to unforseen circumstances, but remained open in communication with me and continued to answer any questions I had along the way. Buyer reviewShoya was awesome! She was very out going and easy to work with, especially with me being in the Military and gone throughout the entire home buying process. She went above and beyond with recommending a local mortgage broker when recognizing that my bank (USAA) wasn't giving me the best deal. I trusted her throughout the entire process and it went seamless. She even provided an assortment of donuts and breakfast food at the house on the day of my arrival. She is an excellent broker: 5/5 stars!

There is no need to use USAA or any other referral service if you're moving to Altus (or the surrounding area) and in the market to buy a home. Just pick up the phone, call Century 21, and ask for Shoya Garrison. We hit the "Realtor Jackpot"! Shoya took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home and took us to see as many as we wanted. She is extremely knowledgable of the area and the market. She will not have you overpay for a home and she will keep you within you budget. Shoya is a good, honest, hard working person that really cares about the people and families that she works for. As a first time home buyer, I had numerous questions that were answered quickly and with 100% accuracy... even late at night when something didn't make sense to me. She is always available to make buying a home as painless as possible. We couldn't be happier with our purchase or our experience. Being assigned to Shoya was/is a blessing. Buying our home was one of the easiest processes I've been through, thanks to her.
