I had a terrible experience with my property management company and decided to sell my property. From day one Simone put me at ease and gained my trust. She was extremely professional and had my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. She was relentless when dealing with what I perceived to be unethical and downright rude behavior from the owner of the inspection company. As well as ensured, the buyers realtor remained ethical during the closing process. I would have been an emotional wreck without Simone. I will refer her to everyone I know!
