What can I say about Simone. Trust is probably THE biggest factor for me, and she definitely met that for me. Simone was there every step of the way, didn't miss a beat, and made me feel like I was her only client (which of course, I knew I wasn't - but that's how I felt). If there was anything I didn't understand and needed clarification on, she explained it so I would understand. If there was something I had forgotten to do, I always could call on her and she was always there to pick up the pieces and get it done. She's like the Energizer Bunny...she just keeps going, and going, and going....(I honestly don't think she sleeps) :) Anyway, I'm so grateful to have had her guidance along the way. This transition couldn't have gone any smoother than it did. So all that to say, I would definitely recommend anyone I know that may be looking to buy and/or sell a property, as I know Simone will get the job done, and will get it done right.
