He literally knew everything about the places he showed us, from the builders to the neighbors. There was small complication navigating a probate situation. Steve kept us informed of the process, the timing, and what to expect. It sounds cliche, but I honestly felt like we were working with a friend during this process. Steve took the time to learn about us, and cared about our needs. He literally sat down with us for hours on a rainy Sunday afternoon, and just talked to us. I never felt the least bit pressured, and felt extremely comfortable during the entire process.
