Seller reviewSteve has a gentle, calm, confidence about him that put people at ease. He feels like everybody's best friend. Both seller and buyer seem to trust him. He politely listened to my requests and used his knowledge to guide me in important decisions regarding marketing, pricing and negotiating but always left the decision up to me. In my case he was working with multiple family members which certainly complicated it for him, but he honored each person and helped keep us a cohesive group. What most impressed me about Steve was he was always available! He answered texts and calls immediately regardless of the day, time, or circumstances..and did so in a pleasant, cheerful manner. My property was unique in its plus and minus qualities but Steve promoted the positive aspects of it and helped people see its potential. I was selling a high end, season property at a particular difficult time in a slow market so even though it was a year from listing to close, it was in reality half that time.
