Buyer reviewWorking with Steve Pouliot was a very excellent experience. He listened very closely to what we had to say and what we wanted in our home. He was always there when I called or text he would immediately text me back or call me back, which I truly appreciate it. Also, he always answered my questions, whether it be phone or text. Anytime I wanted to see a home he would make it work even if he had other obligations to take care of in his line of work. For the sale of the home, he explained everything and suggested what to offer, but never pressured us. He always explained everything to us in a way that we could understand it if we didn't and always kept us up-to-date as to what was going on with the home. He made it easy and we got it! We are very happy and will use him again for my son's home to sell and get a different home.

Seller reviewWorking with Steve was not only effective in the sale of our house but it was always comfortable. He was always accommodating when we ask questions, if you feel he needed to come out to the house to explain something he would be there, we not only felt like we were dealing with the knowledgeable professional but we also felt like we are dealing with a friend throughout the whole process. Two of our neighbors are close to putting their house on the market we feel and we recommended Steve highly to them and I think given his performance in the sale of our house they will probably contact him when it's time for them to make a move. We totally enjoyed working with Steve and felt like he was a very best choice for us to make for a realtor.

Buyer reviewI cannot praise Steven Pouliot enough! We have close friends in the realty business, but we're so happy we didn't go with them because Steven is everything and more that we were looking for in our realtor. We are first time home buyers and Steven helped us every step of the way and made sure we were always happy and comfortable with our choices. In this market we've heard all the stories about multiple offers and being outbid over and over again and we were prepared for that to happen. However, because Steven put together the best offer and we were able to bring things to the table our first and only offer was accepted! I honestly don't think we would have had our offer accepted that quickly without Steven. If the above dosen't convinced you to work with Steven Pouliot than this part should. I got Steven's contact info from my Aunt who bought her house with Steven over 30 years ago, so when I contacted him late afternoon on a friday I didn't expect to hear back from him until monday, but not only did he get right back to me, he was also able to get us into a showing a couple of hours later. He's based out of the Shelby office, but he was ready and willing to come all the way out to Harrison Township during rush hour on a stormy night to meet us and show us around a potential property. I could go on and on about Steven, for real I could, he is not only a great realtor he is also a great person who cares about his clients. Steven Pouliot for PRESIDENT!!!
