Buyer reviewSteve was our agent when we sold our house in Harrison twp last year and his knowledge, professionalism and accessibility was top notch. Our place was sold in just a few days after he listed it so when we decided to get a condo for the summer months (we had moved to Florida) we didn't hesitate to call Steve to help us find someplace. Our whole search was done remotely so we were really dependent on Steve's advice, he was our eyes for the places we were looking at on the web. He got private viewings for various condos and he reported back to us his opinion of them. He told us that the place we ended up buying looked like the previous owner hardly used the appliances even though she had lived there for 20 years and that observation was perfect as everything seems to be in like new condition. Steve also helped us choose our inspector and our mortgage company, he was so very helpful! We think of Steve more as a friend than a business associate and have recommended him to several people.
