Working with Steve was not only effective in the sale of our house but it was always comfortable. He was always accommodating when we ask questions, if you feel he needed to come out to the house to explain something he would be there, we not only felt like we were dealing with the knowledgeable professional but we also felt like we are dealing with a friend throughout the whole process. Two of our neighbors are close to putting their house on the market we feel and we recommended Steve highly to them and I think given his performance in the sale of our house they will probably contact him when it's time for them to make a move. I cannot praise Steven Pouliot enough! We have close friends in the realty business, but we're so happy we didn't go with them because Steven is everything and more that we were looking for in our realtor. He's based out of the Shelby office, but he was ready and willing to come all the way out to Harrison Township during rush hour on a stormy night to meet us and show us around a potential property.
