If you want your house to sell quickly and for what you're asking then use Sue St. John. She sold our house in 3 days for full asking without an open house. Some of our friends used her as well and sold their house in the firsy week and had multiple offers. Everyone we know who has used Sue including ourselves are extremely happy with her service

Sue St John was very helpful in our search for our perfect home. She was available when we needed her. Gave us perfect advice on pacing an offer, and gave good recommendations on things we needed to do. The whole process of buying our home went smoothly because of Sue and we were very pleased with everything she did for us.
