Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Owner and Broker of Record for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty, Inc. (C21CBR) In March 2024, I celebrated my 34th year as a REALTOR. I've had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.

While working in, thru, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to improve my skills. My role is to be a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate leader. Humor is essential. Sometimes, all I can do is laugh because a particular situation is so unbelievable!
