Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Owner and Broker of Record for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty, Inc. (C21CBR) In March 2024, I celebrated my 34th year as a REALTOR. I've had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.

While working in, thru, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to improve my skills. It is of upmost importance to have empathy for my clientele and for the Sales Professionals who work for me. I contacted Sue on a Saturday regarding another property she was selling and there was no hesitation on her part to meet with me to show me this home. From that time, I knew Sue would be the best person to work with me in finding my home. She is extremely knowledgeable and I had no doubt that she would guide me in the right direction and also advocate for me during the entire time purchasing my home. I had full confidence through the entire process of buying my home that Sue had my best interest in mind.

Seller reviewEvery thing went smoothly at the lawyers. But we hit a snag at the Notary but Sue and Angela handled it very professionaly. Ruth Killian did the paper work And Sue handled the sale. Both did a very professional job. When we hit the snag at the Notary Sue stayed calm and did her best to keep me from panicking.
