In addition to her accessibility, knowledge, and experience, she was also a wonderful mediator between buyers and sellers in both the sale of our previous home and now the purchase of our new home. She advocated strongly for us in both cases- we always knew she was working for our best interests and she kept everything as positive and stress-free as possible. She was also very fair and ethical in everything she did for us. For example, her recommendations of professionals for repairs, inspections, and home warranty were absolutely focused on what was best for us at every stage. Even though she has a large base of clients, we always felt like she had time for and patience with our many questions and time to show us more (and more!) houses. She offers advice but does not force her opinion over your own. She is an excellent communicator. We always felt that we were in the loop and she was easy to reach we when needed her.
