Susan Cooksey was very helpful throughout the entire process. Susan helped my parents to buy their home. My parents do not speak English fluently so she made sure to get them help in their own language for them to feel comfortable and to understand every detail. Susan has been thoughtful of our needs and personal circumstances and been a real help in getting us organized and preparing the property for sale. She has worked with us a number of times through the years, and I see her having grown in professional expertise and efficiency. We wouldn't have used her, even though she is a personal family friend, if we hadn't trusted her in this role. The house was on the market for three days before we had a contract. Our closing was efficient and quick, and we got pumpkin bread!
