Less than 3% of REALTORS have completed the advanced training and completed the transaction requirements needed to learn the CRS Designation. As a full-time seasoned agent and a consistent Top Producing Agent since 1998, I have gained experience working on hundreds of successful transactions over the past 25 years. Seller reviewSusan Summers is a great example of why it's important to hire a realtor rather than trying to sell a house on your own. She helped us with her local knowledge and her long experience with the gated community where our home was located. She dealt with all of the legal questions quietly and efficiently but kept us informed on a daily basis through email and telephone calls. We felt completely confident because she was so transparent. I made the transition to Florida about a month later and she had set up all the appointments including a great reference package of homes I requested including some she thought would be a good fit. Overall an AMAZING JOB!! The last house we looked at was a home she requested, happened to be just the home we were looking for. Within a month the house was closed and we were moved in. From the first to the last call Susan has been prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, nothing short of excellent! Even through some of the small and large obstacles that come up during the days up to closing Susan was on top of everything making sure my transition to a new job, new location and new home was as stress free and smooth as possible. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great home and great realtor experience!
