Seller reviewWorking with Susan was such a pleasure. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. Right after I signed the contract she had an open house planned for the following weekend . My house was sold within twelve days, which I was not expecting, but was very happy with to say the least! She gave me recommendations for an estate liquidator, an electrician, and someone to clean the house at the end and everyone she recommended was great. The whole transition from beginning to end was flawless. Susan with call you with every update along the way, you are never in the dark. I you want a good realtor that really works hard for you, she is the one.

We were able to close early due to her diligence. I am a licensed insurance agent and deal with the public all of the time and know when someone goes above and beyond without any issues at all. Completely satisfied and would hire her again in a heartbeat. we did not select the broker but i definitely would use susan again. She is the best broker, kind, considerate, professional and went out of her way even with a category 5 hurricane on the way!!!!!! She excelled in every area Cant say it enough - She really shined!!!! One added comment - she always seemed relaxed and not rushed and that was very calming.

Buyer reviewWe selected Susan because we meet with her and could tell she knew what she was doing. And she wasn't a BS'er. If there's a rating over excellent I'd give that for everything. All aspects was above and beyond amazing. I'd like to touch on trustworthiness. We had a credit coming back to us after closing. Both my wife and I had forgotten about it, but Susan reminded us. It wasn't a small amount. If that's not trustworthy I don't know what is.
