I love that we didn't need to ask about anything because by the time we were going to ask she had already given us the information! She was so friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Anytime we needed her for something she was right there ready. She is definitely an asset to your company! If in the future we decide to sell or buy another home we will definitely being coming back to Susanna. ?

She was always available to answer any questions we had, and her fluent Spanish came in particularly handy. My Spanish speaking older parents were living in the house at the time, and Susanna worked with them to arrange viewings without any miscommunications. She even arranged a notary to meet at my workplace to sign documents. If I were to do another transaction in the area, I wouldn't bother looking for anyone else and just go straight to Susanna Vera
