Seller reviewBecause I had moved, Susanna was right next door and always available for any hands on issues relating to the property. She spent a lot of time coordinating all the necessary repairs, upkeep and maintenance. Much time and expense was spent willingly by her to make the sale happen.

Susana gave me all the information I needed to know about the whole process. Susana is very professional, respectful and communicated with me very well. She made this whole process a lot easier for me. I would definitely recommend Susana to any friends or relatives. She very understanding, and just so polite and easy to work with. When I finally found a house that I liked and wanted to purchase, Susana made the process very easy by helping me out with any kind of inspections we needed to do. She paid attention to all the details and she negotiated and did what she can to get us the best deal.

Buyer reviewI met Susanna a few years ago. She sold my friend's rental house. And Susanna helped the same friend sell her home after a divorce. Through both transactions Susanna was very professional and personalbe. So when my husband and I decided to buy our forever home. Susanna was my first choice for a local realtor. My husband and I are self-employed. Add covid to the mix and it was a challenging transaction. Susanna was very professional and very helpful throughout the process. We started our journey in October and closed on our home January 28th. I would recommend Susanna to anyone that I know that is looking to buy or sell their home. Susanna is a very pleasant and easy going young lady. I admire the fact that she is a working mom and that her children are a priority. She established from the beginning that she takes her children to school and pick them up and I really respected that. So many moms don't make that a priority. She is a great realtor
