Personal Profile
Tammy fell in love with this area in 2004 when her in-laws moved to Amelia Island. She married Marc, her college sweetheart, in 1997 and his work had them call Hilton Head Island SC, Charlotte NC, and Wilmington NC home before moving to their forever home on Amelia Island in May 2019. Tammy has 2 sons, one in college in Jacksonville and the other son is a Senior at Fernandina Beach High School. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, watching her sons play soccer, and exploring this area with all that it has to offer. She thinks you wont find a better place than the Amelia Island area to make the biggest investment of your life.

Seller reviewI found Tammy through her Facebook page, Amelia Island Eats, etc. I figured that if an agent spends this much time promoting the town she lives in and very obviously loves then she is the perfect person to sell our home. I was right. Tammy did a great job for us. Our home went under contract in less than 10 days. She negotiated and got us a good, fair price and despite a few unforeseen bumps in the road, which Tammy was able to navigate us through, the closing went quickly and smoothly.
