Buyer reviewBuying a home was an incredibly stressful and difficult process for us - Tanya was invaluable in making sure my husband and I got through it. She was personable and it was easy to build a rapport with her right away. Since the closing, we've still had a few issues with the sellers and their agent and Tanya has consistently been there for us. If you're looking for an agent that will make sure you never feel like just another commission, Tanya should be your first choice.

None of them understood their clients' needs like Tanya did and that's why I chose to work with her. Tanya went above and beyond and made sure that I am happy at every step of the property purchase. She has an excellent memory and always checked on things I mentioned before I even noticed during the tours. It took me a long time to make an offer but she never rushed me. I heard many stories from my friends how real estate agents often focus on "their time invested vs return". She needed to spend long hours for me but was always very supportive and reminded me that I should take time so I don't regret my decision. If I didn't meet her, I would have not been able to find a new home. I am very lucky to get to work with her. Tanya changed my perception about real estate agents/brokers. She is a truly outstanding agent and I highly recommend working with her.

I would not work with any other realtor in Washington, DC. Ms. Tanya is a total gem and I feel so blessed to have met her. She is kind, thoughtful, professional, trustworthy, creative, and cares deeply. You just don't find that much these days!

At this point, I won't do another deal in the DMV unless Tanya is working with my wife and I. She works hard, she stays connected, and she stays with you every step of the way to make sure you are happy with your buying decisions. Best in the business.
