I have been a consistent top selling and listing agent at CENTURY 21® Crest Real Estate since 1987, and with all the years of receiving the "Circle of Excellence Award" (formally Million Dollar Club), have now earned the Lifetime Achievement designation. I owe my success to the fact that I love my job and enjoy meeting new people. Although licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson, I don't feel like a salesperson. For me, it is an exciting and natural opportunity to achieve the goals of my client's wishes implementing my complete marketing strategy package and getting the property sold! Seller reviewI have successfully worked with Tere before and I find that not only is she a very knowledgeable in her field but also understands her client's wants and needs. She took care of every aspect of my sale from beginning to end which freed me up to take care of my other issues in finding a new home in another state. Tere went out of her way to get applications when I wasn't able to leave work to get them myself. She even worked with my lawyer, who was difficult to deal with and she did it with such professionalism. Tere got me the maximum money for my home that the area allowed. I would highly recommend her to my friends (which I already have done so). This is the second home Tere has sold for me that took less than one week to sell. She knows how to price a home in the marketplace. I couldn't have asked for a more personable, professional, knowledgeable agent. She made several suggestions and I never doubted her and did what she suggested. It was obvious to me by the quick sale of my two homes that Tere knows what she is doing. Some of the people I work with are thinking of selling their homes in the next 6 months to a year. They are interested in using Tere as their agent because of the success she has had with me.

Seller reviewTere Epiale really cared about meeting the needs of our family years ago when we bought our first home. She was first to come in mind when it came time to sell that home. Tere has worked hard to keep up to date on the techniques of selling and it paid off! Staging and professional photographs really made the difference and we were able to sell for more money than others in our neighborhood at the time. Tere will do what it takes to get your family in or out of your home!

Buying and/or selling a house can be a bit scary and overwhelming, but with Tere in your corner you feel guided every step of the way. I would recommend her in a heartbeat if you need a great realtor. If you don't then pass her name along to someone who does, they'll thank you for it!!!
