Buyer reviewWe had an excellent experience with Teresa Dodge as our agent. As this was our first time buying a home, trust was a big concern. We felt that Teresa was trustworthy in looking out for our best interest. She made sure every step of the process was explained thoroughly and that we were comfortable. Buyer reviewWe had heard from multiple people about Teresa's integrity and transparency. These were the two most important factors we were looking for when selecting our agent. Teresa is new to the Iowa City area but is learning very quickly! She got us a walk through of the house we closed on within an hour of us texting her about the property. What's more, the walk through we got was one hour prior to an open house of the property. Because of this, she was able to draft an offer and send it to the sellers right as the open house was beginning. This gave us a huge advantage over other buyers. Teresa always brings her A game.

If she was unable to help us with a problem she was able to find us someone who could in a timely manner.
