After coming to Siouxland from the hectic life in the big city, I quickly learned to slow down and appreciate the things in life that really matter, such as family, friends, neighbors, pets and all other things that revolve around our home. I absolutely love my role in real estate and wouldn't trade it for the world. Over the years I have worked with many first time buyers, first time sellers and those families looking to find their forever home. I enjoy working with those that are relocating to the area as well, since I can relate to the challenges of buying or selling a home and relocating to a new city.
I understand and appreciate the importance of curb and personal appeal while showing a property and absolutely love introducing a family to their new home! I take great pride in all I do and insist on building relationships around integrity, dependability and personal dedication to you, my client. Personally, I am very outgoing, fun-loving and energetic, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Buyer reviewTerri was nothing less than amazing. She was very patient and attentive. She was punctual and responsive to our needs and questions. There were several occasions where Terri stayed late or made time to show us homes on short notice. On closing and finalization, Terri ensured that everything went smoothly. As a first-time-buyer, there was some ambivalence on what to expect--Terri made it obvious she was knowledgeable and conscientious. I would recommend her to family and friends. Any future purchases will involve Terri, as well.

Terri was organized, friendly, and already had a few options in mind to give me a sense of the community and what the housing market had to offer. She would arrive at the locations before our scheduled time to meet, tour the house, and already had a sense of what my likes, dislikes, and comments would be. She understood what I was looking for and was great at communicating with me and the selling agents. Terri was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home buying process! I don't think I have met a more patient and understanding real estate agent. I know I was extremely difficult and picky at times, but she completely understood I was looking for a long-term home. She was unbelievably patient and relentless in finding the right home for me! I have worked with many real estate agents in many different states, and Terri is by far one of the best!!!

Buyer reviewI first starting working with Terri in 2018. She was very patient with me at each stage of the search process and never tried to pressure me into something I wasn't ready for. I would take months off of looking for a house and Terri would be ready the day I found something I wanted to look at. Four years later we found a home that checked off all our boxes and more. It was a process but I am very grateful for all the work that Terri did.
