Agents make the difference and Terrie is one of the best. This was an investment property and required a number of Important and unusual steps to make the sale go through. Not every agent understands investment properties and even less are comfortable facilitating this type of transaction. From compiling comparative properties to the closing, Terrie made this a pleasant transaction. Highly recommend!
