Our listing was only live for a single day and we were under contract in less than 24 hours. She patiently walked through each offer with us and allowed us to make the decision we felt best for our family. She helped negotiate a sale that pleased both our family and our buyers. It was one of the smoothest and easiest life-changing transactions we've participated in. Hands down, we would work with Terrie again.
