He was very knowledgeable about the area and very patient with us as we browsed homes. He also did a fantastic job of communicating with us, for homes that came on the market and even more so once we decided to purchase a home. We were a bit nervous about the whole process initially, but Thomas helped us through the entire process and put our minds at ease about everything. He was very punctual and provided a lot of guidance on the paperwork and deadlines for the home buying process. He also never hesitated to answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend Thomas for anyone looking to purchase a home.

Thomas made it so simple to understand and he was always reassuring me and helping me with things I did not understand. Thomas has been like a brother to me for several years and when it came to buying my home I can't think of anyone I could trust more. Also, the free pie after closing helps. ;)
