Buyer reviewMy wife and I have dealt with Thomas Payne both in purchasing and selling homes. He has always done an excellent job for us. Our last experience in buying was outstanding in that Thomas was dealing with life changing family situations yet still kept us updated on the transaction. Also, he made himself available for inspections, and questions and always responded in a timely manner. That kind of service is rare today especially under the circumstances. Thank You Thomas!

We knew nothing about what to do and how to go through the process and he was amazing with all of that. I like to understand in detail and plan ahead, and he was there answering any questions we threw at him! Thomas is so invested in his clients and what they need. We could tell that he was out for the best fit for us! He cared about our family and our needs.

We frequently search zillow/craigslist etc for properties, but he has been finding solid purchases for us before the listings have made it to Zillow, et al. I like that he knows what we are looking for and keeps a close eye on the market for us. He responds right away to our inquiries on properties. He's a wonderful realtor and makes the buying/selling process easy and stress free.
