I was looking for someone who knew the area, the Manitowish chain of lakes and had some knowledge of the local regulations. I could not have found a better agent. Buyer reviewWas always available and easy to contact...and followed up (which was not what we experienced with other realtors. Tom had to work with a listing agent, which at times led to he said, she said....nothing he could control, but was frustrating at times on this end.
