Buyer reviewWe couldn't have asked for a better realtor! We met Tony at an open house almost 2 years ago. My boyfriend and I both really liked his personality and he seemed very knowledgeable about the area. We were contemplating buying a house as the rental prices were beginning to escalate. Tony recommended some reputable lenders and we were preapproved for a loan. After looking at some of our options with Tony, we decided we weren't quite ready to buy a home. Fast forward to a couple months ago and we started looking again with Tony. He was VERY responsive and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. My now fiance and I found ourselves in an extremely competitive market but with Tony's help we were able to find the perfect first home, beating out 13 other offers in the process! Tony worked closely with our lender, the seller's agent, and the title company. We ended up closing escrow within 2 weeks in large part because of Tony. This was the third house we had put an offer on and we were getting a little concerned. Tony provided support and patience and reassured as that when the right house came along it would work out, and he was right! I HIGHLY recommend Tony to anyone looking for a fantastic real estate agent who will help guide them through the entire process of finding the perfect home.

Tony was able to attract multiple offers, sell our house in a week, and get us over the asking price! Tony was able to effectively communicate and navigate his way through a delicate situation with tricky family dynamics related to the divorce that was ultimately the reason the house had to be sold. Tony was an incredible agent and we will absolutely be recommending him to everyone we know!
