Licensed Broker Associate for over 22 years with Century 21 Harvey Properties. I specialize in Residential, Investment, Commercial, Foreclosures, Short Sales, and Relocation properties. I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers and know that the key to a successful real estate transaction is Communication! I have served on the Paris Board of Realtors as the President and as a Director for many years. I currently serve at the State Level as a Texas Association Realtors Director. I was awarded Paris' Best Real Estate Agent in 2008 and Realtor of the Year in 2011. Being informed about the current market as well as the Mortgage industry is key to providing my clients with the utmost knowledge available. USDA, FHA, VA and Conventional Loans are the leading types of loans available for buyers and I proudly work with each one on a daily basis. The real estate market changes everyday and it is very important for me to keep myself educated with continuing education classes on a state level as well as brand level.
