I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers and know that the key to a successful real estate transaction is Communication! I have served on the Paris Board of Realtors as the President and as a Director for many years. I currently serve at the State Level as a Texas Association Realtors Director. I was awarded Paris' Best Real Estate Agent in 2008 and Realtor of the Year in 2011. Being informed about the current market as well as the Mortgage industry is key to providing my clients with the utmost knowledge available. USDA, FHA, VA and Conventional Loans are the leading types of loans available for buyers and I proudly work with each one on a daily basis. The real estate market changes everyday and it is very important for me to keep myself educated with continuing education classes on a state level as well as brand level.

Buyer reviewTonya and I meet around 7 yes earlier when she sold my first home and I would have used her first but I was told that I could get a discount from the original mortgage lender that I was using if I used one of there realtors. That realtor did not know Paris and after I decided not to worry about that saving I instantly called Tonya. She know the area and she really cares about her clients. She is so easy to talk to and she tries to answer every question that you can throw at her and trust me I had many. If the rating were 0 to 5 being most impressive. Tonya would rate a 5 star in any and every category that you came up with as long as it's about talking care of her clients. If negatives are include she would rate a zero because she is one of the most positive people I have meet in my life. I really appreciated every thing that she did carrying us through this process. I couldn't have a better person than her.

Buyer reviewTonya was very knowledgeable and was willing to help me with any questions I had at all hours of day and night I will recommend her to anybody I hear trying to buy property very nice and thorough and even made sure I understood what I was signing at closing and gave me some pointers. There is nothing I could have asked for to make it easier she covered everything and then some!!!

Seller reviewTonya did a phenomenal job in assisting us in selling our house. No previous dealings with her in the past, we were recommended to her by a friend. She exceeded our expectations from start to finish. This being our 1st home sell, we did not know what to do or expect. Tonya was able to lead us the entire process from potential listing price, recommendations, photos, documents to complete, information, and all things in-between. I would recommend Tonya 10 out of 10 times.

I would utilize Tonya in the future if/when I plan to sell or buy a property in the area. The overall experience with Century 21 Harvey exceeded my expectations. Tonya Mcmikel Cannon provided professional assistance throughout the process. This experience was MUCH better than what I had experienced with a Seller's agent when I was buying our residence in the area a few years ago.
