I have served on the Paris Board of Realtors as the President and as a Director for many years. I currently serve at the State Level as a Texas Association Realtors Director. I was awarded Paris' Best Real Estate Agent in 2008 and Realtor of the Year in 2011. Being informed about the current market as well as the Mortgage industry is key to providing my clients with the utmost knowledge available. USDA, FHA, VA and Conventional Loans are the leading types of loans available for buyers and I proudly work with each one on a daily basis. Buyer reviewTonya did a great job in assisting me with buying my home. She was very helpful since this was my first time buying a home and she helped me to understand things that I wasn't sure about. When I contacted her she was fast to respond back to me and even helped me get some things together and helped me make sure I had all my documents that needed to be sent to mortgage company. We stayed in touch throughout the whole loan process and it was nice to have someone that was very friendly to work with.
