I have served on the Paris Board of Realtors as the President and as a Director for many years. I currently serve at the State Level as a Texas Association Realtors Director. I was awarded Paris' Best Real Estate Agent in 2008 and Realtor of the Year in 2011. Being informed about the current market as well as the Mortgage industry is key to providing my clients with the utmost knowledge available. USDA, FHA, VA and Conventional Loans are the leading types of loans available for buyers and I proudly work with each one on a daily basis. Buyer reviewTonya was great, I never physically saw the home until closing. She preformed a video walk through at my request, which I understand is not the normal for her or the company. The video walk through was a great benefit to me as I was located in Ohio and could not afford to make multiple trips to Texas to look at homes, neither did I want a temporary living situation until I was able to find a home. Tonya was a good listener and was very in-tune with what I was looking for in a home. The home and the surrounding area turned out to be just what I was looking for.
