Tracy was actually the broker for the seller. She was listed as the agent on lakehouse.com and I emailed an interest in the cottage. We began working with her but she did tell us she was working for the seller and explained the difference. She showed us more than one cottage. We did not feel the need to get a buyers agent because we were confident she could work fairly for us and she did. We were told it was naïve to not have an agent to represent our interest but we had developed a positive relationship with Tracy. She always responded promptly and often we forgot she was not "working " for us. She helped us to streamline the process and went above and beyond to give us information on the area such as cable company, internet, etc...
