We knew our home would take a lot of work to sell in this market and given the price and features. Tracy was positive and specific about how she and her firm could market and sell our home. She approached the sale with a attention and gave us a great deal of her time from beginning to the successful conclusion of the sale. Her sales associate in the office was equally caring and helpful. Tracy respected our home and gardens and all we had done over 30 years to make it a lovely place. She did not just market a commodity. The office representative who helped coordinate showings was polite, professional thoughtful, and always informed. She made all the showings go smoothly for us. We are very pleased with Tracy's knowledge of the market at all times during the time our home was for sale. No matter how many times we emailed or phoned Tracy, she replied promptly and with detailed answers. It was a joy to have Tracy in our home and to work with her to sell our home.
