I chose to list my house with Tracy due to her extensive knowledge on the area especially with the different lake associations. Tracy also was able to concisely relay legal information and real estate jargon that I did not understand or was unaware of. She ensured every t was crossed and every i was dotted... I would recommend Tracy to anyone who is looking to navigate the complex modern reality of buying real estate especially if this is your first time (or first time since the real estate crash and the process radically changed). She has all the legal knowledge/contacts needed to make the process as simple and stress free as I think it can be in the modern day of excessive legal paperwork. I cannot sing enough praises for Tracy. Her personability and professionalism is top notch. This is my 2nd time using her professional skills (which should speak for its self on her talents) and I will for sure be in contact again in the future.

Tracy and her staff made me feel like I was part of this process from the first time we sat down at my kitchen table. Tracy kept me updated on the market conditions in my area and any suggestions she might have, but more importantly to me she would just call to check in. Century 21 should feel proud to have a realtor like Tracy Fitch representing them in the field.
