I chose to list my house with Tracy due to her extensive knowledge on the area especially with the different lake associations. Tracy also was able to concisely relay legal information and real estate jargon that I did not understand or was unaware of. She ensured every t was crossed and every i was dotted... I would recommend Tracy to anyone who is looking to navigate the complex modern reality of buying real estate especially if this is your first time (or first time since the real estate crash and the process radically changed). She has all the legal knowledge/contacts needed to make the process as simple and stress free as I think it can be in the modern day of excessive legal paperwork. I cannot sing enough praises for Tracy. Her personability and professionalism is top notch.
