I am an eager and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker. I service customers best within a 30 square mile radius of Melrose, FL. I grew up in the "Lake Region" and am very passionate about both Lakefront and Waterfront property as well as home ownership and property investment. Studies have shown that living near a natural landscape or water body promotes health, happiness and well-being. I consider myself an expert in the best lakes our little "Slice of Paradise" has to offer. I am also pursuing a degree in Building Construction to further assist my customers in home buying and selling. I specialize in the Melrose, Keystone Heights and Hawthorne market areas of Florida and am happy to service all of your home, vacant land and property management needs. Seller reviewTrey was outstanding. At the first meeting, he quoted what he could sell the property for. Within the first few days, I had a solid offer that closed quickly. Throughout the process, he kept me updated and never left me to doubt his professional abilities. He was extremely professional. Trey listened to my concerns and adhered to them. He was excellent at negotiations with the buyer to ensure both parties were satisfied. The listing was beautiful and accurate. Since this was a vacant property and I lived out of town, I had some concerns. First being, people walking through the house with their shoes on. He put a very classy sign at the front door to let agents and prospective buyers know respectfully. Second, the A/C needed to be set at a certain temperature. He posted a note on the A/C so this was done by other agents. Third, he would even vacuum and sweep if needed. He treated my home as if it was his own. If I ever sell a house again in his territory, Trey is the first person I will always call. I enjoyed the experience. A #1 Agent!
