I am an eager and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker. I service customers best within a 30 square mile radius of Melrose, FL. I grew up in the "Lake Region" and am very passionate about both Lakefront and Waterfront property as well as home ownership and property investment. Studies have shown that living near a natural landscape or water body promotes health, happiness and well-being. I consider myself an expert in the best lakes our little "Slice of Paradise" has to offer. I am also pursuing a degree in Building Construction to further assist my customers in home buying and selling. He was always available to handle things locally (vendor meetings, dealing with the tenant, etc.) in a timely manner and with as much of a headache as the former tenant was, Trey never seemed to be phased. This property was a hard sell, being outside of town, and Trey never gave up on getting it under contract for me. He was a life saver when it came to selling this property and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to list or buy property in the area!
