Valerie is a lifelong resident of the city of Indianapolis, where she graduated from Roncalli High School and Indiana University with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Valerie has been involved in many sides of the real estate transaction from title insurance, selling new construction, managing rental properties, rehabbing investment properties and finally a real estate agent with Century 21 Scheetz. Her vast knowledge of the Indianapolis market has helped her to excel in real estate sales. Valerie has her Real Estate Brokers license and is a member in good standing with the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS (MIBOR), the Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR), and the National Association of REALTORS(NAR). Valerie simplified everything and spent a great deal of time making sure we understood everything every step of the way. She was quick at responding, and fought for us to get the best deal. She was also very honest about how easy (or difficult) certain houses we looked at would be to sell in the future. Her transparency with us made this the easiest, most stress free process. I would not only recommend her to other home buyers/sellers, but can't imagine we would ever work with another realtor after our experience with her.
