He shows houses as if he was buying them for himself, pointing out potential problems that may arise in the future, like old water heater or an electricial box that is no longer up to code. Victor has a strong understanding of market conditions. With his guidance we were able to put together an offer that got accepted in a strong sellers market, using different causes I would not have known about without him. Victor has gone above and beyond to ensure all my needs are meet throughout the purchase process, and will take the time to answer your questions so that you have a full understanding of the transaction. I have already recommended Victor to my sister and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. I will definitely use Victor for all my real estate needs in the future.
