Buyer reviewVictor went above and beyond to help us find our new "forever" home! We moved from another state and did not know any of the Connecticut communities well. Victor helped us search nearly the entire state, weed out communities with unacceptable schools for our kids, and find houses that matched our needs and desires specifically. When it came time to submit offers and negotiate he helped us understand how to strengthen our offers. If not for his guidance, patience and knowledge we probably wouldn't have been able to get any offers accepted during such a competitive "sellers" market as the spring '22 was. Ultimately we now live in a beautiful home that we love that's in a great neighborhood in a great community.

Buyer reviewWhen we decided to move cross country, it was a major life changing event for us. Not being able to tour homes in this crazy market in person, made it even more difficult until we found Victor!! He was on top of his game and made sure every home we wanted to tour in person / virtually had the same experience (or as close as possible). There were times where he had to sign us up on the drop of a hat due to us having to fly back to Ca from our visit to CT and he always came thru! We tried 3 other agents before we found Victor and are happily settling into our awesome home in CT now, which would not have been possible without Victor's help!! He is knowledgeable, respectful and prompt with his responses which makes him a great asset to have on your side!
