When your property sits there too long, you cannot get the price you wanted. Give Victor a call and let him guide you. Believe me he did a fantastic job on getting my property sold and finding a new place for me to purchase. I had great pleasure working with Victor. I was downsizing from a house to a smaller townhouse. Victor took note of my concerns and emailed me with the property listing that suited my needs. He never complained about my frequent requests to view properties, and he followed up on getting feedbacks from other agents for property showing results. I really appreciated Victor's professional knowledge in guiding me through the sale and purchase of my home.
