We were so fortunate to have found Wen Fernandez when we were first time homebuyers way back 2012. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. As our family began to grow, this year, we found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. She was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Wen was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. Because of that, we met our target move date and we were not homeless for a day! Hahaha!
