But Wen had definitely made the process a lot easier than if we would have worked with another agent. Even after closing and getting our keys to our new home, she kept in touch, helping us settle, giving us useful information/numbers and most importantly replying to numerous questions that we have even if it's after business hours or on weekends. She also ensured that we built a relationship even after the business transaction was completed. In the future, without a doubt, whether we sell or purchase a home, we will definitely be using Wen Fernandez as our agent again.

Wen helped us find our very first home. She was attentive to our military family's needs, and supported us through out the purchase process until we got our keys, and beyond. She did the same extraordinary assistance when it was time for us to move and sell our most-loved home.
