We had a very favorable experience in selling our home. What made the process more complicated than usual is that we no longer lived in the area and relied on Wen Fernandez for assistance in non-traditional aspects of selling a home. Wen has a great "can do" attitude, was always positive, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the entire selling process. We will be selling another home soon and have every intention of working with Wen again. Actually, we are not even considering other options besides Wen.

Wen is very kind and her patience was appreciated because my situation was just so abrupt and complicated. Not thought of being homeless was a scary fact. Thank you for understanding every conflicts along the way especially the suprise of what we were not expecting towards the end. Thanks for showing the never ending lists of houses and the patience of offering leff and right and getting rejected most of the time and finally an offer getting accepted.
