Personal Profile
As a lifelong resident of Chautauqua County, I have gained a unique perspective and knowledge of the area. Before entering into the real estate industry twelve plus year ago, I worked in a manufacturing facility as a Quality Assurance Manager. I bring those quality assurance and management skills to my real estate business. I am heavily involved in the community serving on several boards including the Celoron planning board, the Chautauqua Leadership Network branding and marketing committee, Jamestown A. M. Rotary, Board of Realtors PR committee, and the Board of Realtors ethics committee and Board of Directors. I hold an associate degree in Business Administration from Jamestown Community College and a Bachelor degree from Fredonia State University in Psychology. My educational experience gives me knowledge in business marketing and human behavior, which is a great combination for a real estate career. I look forward to working with you and brining all my skills and enthusiasm to help you accomplish your real estate goals.

Buyer reviewWilliam Burly is someone I will speak highly of, Bill is a step above other brokers in that he takes the time to find out what your needs are where other brokers I was working with tried to tell me what would work for me just to make a sale. Bill is very diligent and responsive at no time did I have any trouble getting in contact with him even when he took vacation he still continued to preform his duties in a professional and prompt manner.

Buyer reviewBill "came with the house" we selected, but we were incredibly pleased he was the listing agent because we began a solid, great relationship from that point forward. Due to many difficulties in closing, working with several banks and bankers, hitting multiple diversities, we were oftentimes discouraged and highly stressed. It was refreshing to be able to "rant" and not get any flack for that, but clear understanding and more options to move beyond the issues at hand. Bill went the extra mile and a half each time we had a question or concern. We've never worked with someone so attentive, responsive, engaged and informational. New to the area, he became our search engine whenever we had a question.
