I also have an intimate understanding of relocation; I lived and worked in Prague, CZ, from 1993 - 1997, in outboard motor and aluminimum boat manufacturing-upon our return to the US we settled in Falls Church, VA. I was born and raised in south eastern Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan with a major in Communications. Currently, I live in the City of Fairfax and always appreciate the opportunity to be of real estate service.

Yanji has an incredible eye for detail and was in constant communication and regularly on-site to keep contractors on timeline and to ensure that the quality of the work being done was high. Yanji was respectful of our budget and advised on how we could best allocate our funds to maximize our return. Her counsel was indispensable, and we could not have navigated this process without her!

Yanji recommended a handyman who did excellent work. His help was indispensable. Yanji consistently provided quick, excellent advice. She was always cool under pressure. Yanji helped me deal with a very difficult COVID sales environment last year. My initial closing fell through and I rented to my "buyer" for almost a year. Then we went back on the market and the sale went through quickly. I cannot recommend Yanji highly enough!
