This is our sixth transaction with Zach. He has helped us in buying and selling a house, renting a house, buying land and now buying and selling another piece of land. There was no doubt that we were going to use him as our realtor. He is knowledgeable of the market and gives great advice on comparables to make sure the listing is at the best price. He works hard on negotiations and in a timely manner. Our closing is always smooth and he makes sure to have all paperwork turned in on time. The sell of our land was quick and seamless. His timely email is the only reason I was able to purchase my perfect location. I caught him traveling and en route he worked with me to get the first offer in.
