I had previously dealt with Zach on a land deal, however he was representing the other party. I was impressed by his professionalism and the high level in which he represented his client. I am in the business, but on the commercial side, and I run into unprofessional agents all the time. It's refreshing to meet one that does a great job. So I knew if I selected Zach that he would do a great job for my sister and I in the sale of my dad's house. The only open item was his evaluation of the house and his estimate of sales price. I have sold 3 houses and this is the first time an agent was on the same page as me. I tend to be more aggressive up front and Zach was right there with me. In the past I have had to argue my point with agents and insist they list it higher....not with Zach.
