When offer received and accepted, the buyer wanted to take possession in 2 weeks. Zach was able to do everything the buyers requested done within that short period of time. I was very pleased with his ability to do this. It made the selling process so easy. As I reside in TN, we kept in close contact via text and phone calls. He was very thorough and patient with me. Very pleased and satisfied working with Zach. He was most understanding of the situation.
