Buyer reviewZach is still helping us navigate our new home purchase after the sale. answering any questions that come up as we are moving in. Zach was a big help in getting us into the Wimberley area and answered any questions we had when looking at a house. If there was question he did not know the answer to he would do the research and get back to us quickly. I felt like Zach was on our team and wanted the best for our family and that was very important to us. Zach was always available and we never felt like we were competing for his time and we looked at a lot of houses before making our finial purchase. I would strongly recommend Zach if you are looking to sell or buy a new home. Zach sold our home in Kyle and we where under contract in four days. But it took seven months to find our new home and he worked hard to help us accomplish our goals.

Buyer reviewMy family met Zach by happenstance. He came across them randomly one day while they were struggling to back a trailer up so he helped them get backed up and turned around and proper. Fast forward two years and I decide to buy a house in the area, they remembered Zach helping them out and referred me to him. After meeting Zach and being shown a couple of houses, it was a no brainer that he was the right decision. Once I selected the house, he was instrumental and certainly hands on in getting inspections done, even to the point of putting his head down in the septic tank to ensure no cracks. I mean, you cant ask for much more than that can you? No, you cant. All along the way Zach was ready to assist in any fashion, helped w/ the negotiations, recommendations for services, you name it, he had the answers or was quick to find them. Couldn't have asked for a better guy for this transaction. Of course, from a guy that would help a couple of strange city folk back a big trailer up and turned around on these slender roads, would I have expected anything less? Nope. Thanks for everything Zach.

Seller reviewI am not simply checking the "excellent" column on the Century 21 post sale survey out of ease of use or convenience. I genuinely believe Zach performed above and beyond in all aspects regarding the sale of my home. I come from a real estate family, as such my bar is set pretty high. Zach truly blew my expectations out of the water. My experience was so good that I honestly can't think of something that may have been able to make it better. I believe we got a very fair price for the house to the satisfaction of both the seller and buyer. The buyer's mortgage company was not the easiest to work with, often causing stressful situations, but Zach stayed on top of these situations, clearly communicated them, and reacted to them very quickly. Very happy with the end result of my home sales process and would recommend Zach Adkisson time and time again.
