Seller reviewAfter 65 years in the same home. My mother needed a change. After much discussion, she decided to "Sell the Family home" Through a friend, we meet Ashlyn Vanwychen. Liked her from the very 1st moment. She made us feel at ease with our decision and all the "hurdles" that go along with the process of selling a house. I did NOT have one sleepless night, felt in good hands throughout the entire process.

She always came to showings prepared with property information as well as providing context for each property's unique features, etc. She brought tremendous patience as we wrote many offers in this crazy white-hot market until we finally got one accepted, I highly recommend working with Ashlyn if you are buying or selling a home!
